Circular Report Cards

Report Card collection, Worksheet and Library Books submission Schedule June 01, 2020.

9 am – 10 am Pre-Nursery Class 1 Class 6
10 am – 11 am Nursery Class 3 Class 7
11 am – 12 noon Kindergarten Class 4 Class 8
12 noon – 1 pm Class 2 Class 5 Class 9

Please ensure that you visit according to your time slot to avoid crowding. In case of siblings, parents/guardians can collect and submit documents for all within a single time slot.

SOPs as per Government Orders to be followed for entry into school premises:

  • Wearing of Face Masks at all times within the premises is mandatory
  • Children are strictly not allowed
  • Only one parent/guardian should come to submit and collect documents
  • Maintain social distance of at least 6 feet at all times
  • Cooperate with staff members as they are there to ensure your safety
  • For any discussions please take an appointment from the school office for a later date
  • Please ensure all dues are cleared before collection of report cards

Gain access to school app and attend online classes

Dear Parents,

Report cards along with booklist for online classes will be distributed on June 1st. All dues must be cleared before collection of results, gain access to school app and attend online classes.

To facilitate payments due date for the month of May has been extended till May 29, 2020.

Fee vouchers for the month of May

Fee vouchers for the month of May can be collected from the school office by parents or guardians between 9 am till 12 noon, Monday to Thursday and Saturday. Due date is the 13th of May, 2020.

Wearing of face masks is mandatory for entering the school premises.
