School Letter COVID

Dear Parents,

In light of the recent government decisions to safeguard us from the pandemic COVID-19 virus the school calendar stands altered. We stand by all such government decisions and expect all of us as part of the school’s community to follow such instructions. The sooner we are able to reduce the spread of the virus the earlier we shall be able to return to our normal lives. Till then please remain indoors and exercise social distancing when outside your homes. Wash your hands regularly and ensure children remain engaged at home rather than outdoors.

As per the latest directive schools are to initiate their summer vacations immediately and open from the 1st of June 2020. Finals Exams will be held in June after which the new academic year shall commence. Exams will be based on the syllabus completed just before the start of the summer holidays. Thus we request parents to ensure children revise their work at home. You may form a weekly subject wise schedule for revision of work.

We are currently exploring ways to use the internet to conduct online classes in case the lockdown continues for an indefinite period. In the meantime we will be sharing updates on our official website www.studentacademy.edu.pk and via our Facebook page. Besides these platforms we have been working on a smartphone application with a developer which was due to
be introduced earlier. However, due to the abrupt holidays it has been delayed. As soon as the app is ready we will share details via the above platforms. Through this app we will be able to share homework and updates. Going forward fee payment via the app will also be an option.

As a low cost, quality education provider we intend to continue our work. However, as a community school, we need your continued support to function. We would request you to pay school fees regularly and on time so that we are able to pay salaries and rent during these difficult times. Without your support we will not be able to meet our expenses.

In order to facilitate payments we would like to present you with the following options:

  • You may pay fee at any ABL branch. IBAN number is mentioned on the challan.
  • You may use internet banking to pay fees. (Transfer confirmation and copy of challan can be emailed on administration@studentacademy.edu.pk. Please make sure a clear copy showing the transaction ID be emailed.)

The school office will be closed till such time the government lifts the lockdown. Till then you may approach us via our Facebook page or email us at enquiries@studentacademy.edu.pk. Moreover, you may contact our administration office at 0324 2547000 Monday to Friday 10 am till 1 pm for any matters of concern.
