Update: Change in Schedule for in-person/Physical Classes

Dear Parents,

This is to inform you that from the new term, school timings will be increased. Number of days, however, will remain the same. We will continue to offer a hybrid system of education utilising MS Teams for assignments and online lectures. 

Please make a note of the new timings and ensure that all SOPs are followed.

The new schedule will be implemented from the 16th of November, 2020.

A safety pack must be carried by each student which should contain an extra mask, tissues, wet wipes or a hand sanitiser.

SCHOOL TIMINGS:

• School gate will open at 8:00 AM for students of Class 1 till Matric. Timings will be from 8:15 AM till 1:30 PM.

• Pre-Nursery to Kindergarten – 8:45 AM till 1:00 PM

• Students have to be dropped and collected on time. Punctuality is important and habitual late comers will not be allowed in school once classes commence.

• Parents/guardians must wear face masks and stand in line when collecting their children at off time. Social distancing must be maintained at all times.

• Please cooperate with gate staff to ensure safety and protection of your children.

OFFICE TIMINGS:

Monday to Thursday – 9:00 AM till 1:15 PM
(Visitors to the school office will not be allowed after 1:15 PM for the safety of our students due to off timings) 

Fridays – 9:00 AM till 12:00 PM

Saturdays – Office will be closed to all visitors

The school reserves the right to refuse entry, if a visitor or student fail the safety check or refuse to follow SOPs.
